.TS Koay is Dell Malaysia's AI Innovation Hub leader, driving AI adoption across industries, including the public sector, enterprise, and SMEs. He also oversees Dell’s site-level operations, strategic transformation, and development initiatives in Malaysia. He brings with him over 20 years of IT experience across enterprise application and infrastructure management in both internal IT and the outsourcing services industry. He is very passionate in driving Digital transformation as well as developing the digital workforce for the future with new technologies adoption. He is also a strong advocate in cultivating innovative culture in the workplace. Under his leadership, Dell Global Business Center of Malaysia has been awarded the Best Digital Global Business Services Provider of the year 2019, Overall Corporate Achievement Award and GBS Excellence Award in year 2021, Best Operational Excellence in Information Technology, Best Automation Organization of the Year as well as Best Transformation Leader in Information Technology in year 2022 and Best Infrastructure Management Systems 2023 from PIKOM (The National Tech Association of Malaysia). TS Koay also serves as the Industry Advisory Board member in both Multimedia University (MMU) and University of Cyberjaya (UoC), as well as the chairman of Talentcorp’s ICT Future Skill Talent Council driving future talent development with the industry. Besides, he is also the PIKOM Global Business Services Deputy Chair driving the industry growth in Shared Service. TS studied Bachelor of Computer Science at University Putra Malaysia and obtained Master of Business Administration from Manchester Business School. He has attended several AI leadership programs with the University of Texas, University of Oxford and Harvard University.
