Launching of AURUM Network

MSIA is proud to announce the successful launch of AURUM, our leadership development initiative designed to accelerate and elevate women leaders across Malaysia’s electronics and semiconductor industry.

Held in Penang, the event welcomed 226 attendees, including industry leaders, professionals and partners who share a collective mission: strengthening female representation across the talent pipeline — from entry-level to executive leadership. We were honoured by the presence of YB Jagdeep Singh Deo, whose support underscores the importance of strengthening female participation and leadership within the nation’s rapidly growing E&E sector.
