MSIA Melaka Industry Visit 2025 - Cohu Malaysia

The MSIA team, comprising Dato’ Seri SH Wong, Faz Adnan, Tan CS (MSIA Honorary Board Member), dylan tan jie yang, and CS Wang (MSIA member from Test Hub), had the opportunity to visit COHU Malaysia in Melaka.

During the visit, the COHU team shared insights into the history of their company, along with an overview of their products and solutions. They also openly discussed the current pain points and challenges they are facing in the industry. We are glad that MSIA was able to engage in meaningful discussions and explore ways to support and assist COHU following the sharing session.

In addition to the discussion, the COHU team kindly hosted us on a plant tour, where we were brought through their factory and production lines. This allowed us to see first-hand the products being manufactured. A subject matter expert was present throughout the tour to provide detailed explanations and technical insights into the production process.

MSIA extends our appreciation to the COHU team for their warm hospitality and valuable knowledge sharing. We look forward to continued collaboration in strengthening Malaysia’s semiconductor ecosystem.
